Tazia Myers, Contact Center Operations Promotion

May 12, 2022–Tazia Myers has been promoted from Manager, Contact Center-Hospice to Director, Contact Center Operations for Provider Services, effective May 7, 2022. In this role, Tazia will be responsible for the operational performance for our Home Care, Care Management and Hospice Care Contact Center Teams. Tazia has been with VNSNY since 2012 and holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Leadership in Health Systems Management. She is currently pursuing a DNP – Doctor of Nursing Practice and is in the dissertation phases. Tazia brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to this position which includes clinical, intake and contact center management. Congratulations on your promotion Tazia! Jessie Chen: Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Promotion

April 14, 2022–Jessie Chen has been promoted to Manager, FP&A. Jessie joined VNSNY, supporting Provider FP&A as a Senior Financial Analyst, where she supported the Provider shared services functions, working closely with each program to drive transparency in analytics for more insightful decision making. Prior to that, Jessie worked both in the banking and media industry within the FP&A functions. Craig Steinberg, Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will be reporting directly to Jessie.

Orlando Tsang and Melissa Henry: Cultural Market Development Promotions

April 14, 2022–Orlando Tsang has been promoted to Manager, Cultural Market Development. In this role, Orlando will provide the “One VNSNY” experience to our key community providers with his deep understanding of the Asian physician markets and his extensive knowledge in all of VNSNY’s offerings. Orlando joined VNSNY in September 2009 as the Asian Program Account Manager, Business Development and transitioned in January 2018 to the role of MLTC Partnership Account Manager, CHOICE Health Plans. Prior to joining VNSNY, Orlando had played various roles in at the Chinese American Independent Practice Association, Neighborhood Health Providers, and Wellcare. Orlando is passionate about serving the Chinese communities and was a frequent radio station guest speaker on hospice care in Hong Kong. Melissa Henry has been promoted to Director of Operations for the Cultural Market Development Team. Melissa joined VNSNY in April 2019 as the Community Relations Manager in Government Affairs. Tania Sochurek, Sandra Osse, Kathleen Korczak: Health Plan Marketing Promotions

April 4, 2022–Tania Sochurek has been promoted to Director, Marketing, reporting to Cindy Zanca. Tania joined VNSNY in 2016 to focus on growing Medicare enrollments and has since been instrumental in marketing initiatives across the CHOICE product portfolio. Tania played a key role in developing the SelectHealth consumer brand and led the SelectHealth website and social media implementations. Most recently, Tania tapped her Medicare expertise to orchestrate the successful multi-media, multi-channel marketing campaign that launched CHOICE EasyCare and EasyCare Plus. Going forward, Tania will direct marketing for the suite of Medicare plans along with other initiatives. Nazia Nelaj and Lisa Kvilesz report to Tania. Sandra Ossé has been promoted to Associate Director, Member Communications, reporting to Cindy Zanca.
