The Transition to VNS Health Continues: All Employee Email Addresses Will Become @vnshealth.org on October 22!
October 10, 2022–As we announced prior to our rebrand launch in May, all @vnsny.org email addresses will be changing to @vnshealth.org. The IT team plans to make this change on Friday, October 21 starting at 6:00 p.m and have it completed by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 22. Here’s what you need to know: Any email sent to your @vnsny.org email address after the October 22 transition date will still be delivered to your new @vnshealth email address. So if someone emails you at your old @vnsny.org email address after October 22, you will still receive it. All of your past @vnsny.org emails that are saved in your Outlook will remain in your email folders. There are no plans to delete any of your past @vnsny.org emails. This Weekend We Welcomed October—And Health Plans from VNS Health!
September 30, 2022–Autumn is in the air: Leaves are turning, the air is getting chillier, football teams are back in action, and the next step in our rebranding continues. As part of VNS Health’s rebrand, the shift of most of the organization’s Medicare and Medicaid health plans to their new VNS Health branding officially took place this past Saturday, October 1, just in time for Medicare’s annual open enrollment period, which kicks off in mid-October. The plans, known collectively as VNS Health Health Plans—or more informally, health plans from VNS Health—also have a new website, vnshealthplans.org, which launched on Saturday as well. With this rebrand, VNS Health will be retiring the name CHOICE (standing for Community and Homecare Options for the Integrated Care of the Elderly), the brand which the health plans have been marketed under for the past 24 years. SelectHealth Has a New Name: SelectHealth from VNS Health
July 15, 2022–For over a decade, SelectHealth, VNS Health’s specialized Medicaid plan for people living with HIV, individuals of transgender experience, and gender non-conforming or homeless individuals, has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, personalized care to a population with complex health needs. Today, July 15, 2022, it’s also getting a new name: Going forward, VNSNY CHOICE SelectHealth will be known as SelectHealth from VNS Health. While its name is changing as part of VNS Health’s overall rebrand, the energy and look—and outstanding care management—of this successful and well-received health plan will remain the same. Updated brochures and signage will be in the community starting today. ID cards and other member materials will begin rolling out in August. On May 18th, We Celebrated as VNS Health! See the Photos!
May 23, 2022–On Wednesday, May 18th, we united as one VNS Health! Hundreds of team members came together in the 3rd floor Grand Café and the Terrace at our 220 office to celebrate in person and watch musical performances representing the many diverse neighborhoods in New York. Hundreds more watched the event via live-stream. Thank you to everyone for making it a day to remember!

We Are All VNS Health!
May 18, 2022–Since March 31st, we’ve asked you to keep our new name under wraps so we all had time to get used to our name change. As of today, we are no longer VNSNY. We are VNS Health, and it is okay to start saying VNS Health to everyone. This is a very exciting and historic day for all of us and for our organization! This morning we released an announcement to the press, we kicked off our new consumer advertising on TV, outdoors and on websites, and we launched vnshealth.org – our new website – along with a totally redesigned Frontline website. To help celebrate this important milestone, we’re holding two VNS Health open houses today in our third floor Grand Cafe at our 220 East 42nd Street Office. The first event is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the second from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Our new advertising campaign
