Tania Sochurek, Sandra Osse, Kathleen Korczak: Health Plan Marketing Promotions
Tania Sochurek has been promoted to Director, Marketing, reporting to Cindy Zanca. Tania joined VNSNY in 2016 to focus on growing Medicare enrollments and has since been instrumental in marketing initiatives across the CHOICE product portfolio. Tania played a key role in developing the SelectHealth consumer brand and led the SelectHealth website and social media implementations. Most recently, Tania tapped her Medicare expertise to orchestrate the successful multi-media, multi-channel marketing campaign that launched CHOICE EasyCare and EasyCare Plus. Going forward, Tania will direct marketing for the suite of Medicare plans along with other initiatives. Nazia Nelaj and Lisa Kvilesz report to Tania.
Sandra Ossé has been promoted to Associate Director, Member Communications, reporting to Cindy Zanca. During the five years that she has led the Member Communications team, Sandra has successfully navigated a burgeoning number of federal and state regulatory requirements and worked relentlessly to make increasingly complex product offerings easy for members. A staunch advocate for health plan members, Sandra leverages her nearly 20 years of experience at VNSNY and works across the organization to optimize communication processes as well as materials. Kathleen Korczak, Elizabeth (Betty) Lau, Lorraine Corrente and Alba Pais report to Sandra.
Kathleen Korczak has been promoted to Senior Communications Specialist, reporting to Sandra Ossé. Since joining VNSNY in 2012, Kathleen has developed an expertise in Medicare communications and is the Member Communications team lead for EasyCare, EasyCare Plus and Total. Because member materials are a crucial part of the sales process, this includes equipping Partnership Development with materials that make it easy for consumers to understand plan benefits and enroll. Additionally, Kathleen has volunteered for special projects to improve the member experience and internal processes including Member Advisory Committee and website initiatives.
