Tazia Myers, Contact Center Operations Promotion

Tazia Myers has been promoted from Manager, Contact Center-Hospice to Director, Contact Center Operations for Provider Services, effective May 7, 2022. In this role, Tazia will be responsible for the operational performance for our Home Care, Care Management and Hospice Care Contact Center Teams.

Tazia has been with VNSNY since 2012 and holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Leadership in Health Systems Management. She is currently pursuing a DNP – Doctor of Nursing Practice and is in the dissertation phases. Tazia brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to this position which includes clinical, intake and contact center management.
