Sign Up for the 2023 Corporate Challenge Run!

March 9, 2023–Attention VNS Health Runners! There is no better way to enjoy a beautiful spring evening in Central Park than to put on your running shoes and participate in the 2023 Corporate Challenge Run. So, runners, come join us for a 3.5 mile race! We welcome walkers, joggers, and runners of all fitness levels to participate. All participants are allotted up to a pace of 20 minutes per mile to complete the course (1 hour and 10 minutes total) from the time they cross the race’s start line. Social Work Month Continuing Education Event: Celebrating Our Social Services Professionals on March 21st

February 9, 2023–Join WE@VNS Health for a dynamic session on Confidence and Communication on Thursday, February 23, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. About the Meeting: Topic: Confidence and Communication Join a dynamic session tailored for women, focused on self-study through articles and podcasts on confidence and communication. Attendees will share their newfound understanding and perspectives in a supportive and empowering environment. During the second half of the session, participants will identify two action items to try in the next two weeks. Moreover, everyone will have the opportunity to select an accountability buddy to offer mutual support and motivation. Resources will be shared in advance. “We Should All Be Feminists” Virtual Book Club, Hosted By the MOSAIC ERG and Women’s Empowerment ERG

January 26, 2023–The MOSAIC ERG and the Women’s Empowerment ERG will be hosting a Virtual Book Club on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 4:00 PM. In honor of Women’s History Month, we will be reading “We Should All Be Feminists,” adapted from the much-admired TEDx talk of the same name, by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, a Nigerian writer whose works include novels, short stories, and adapted nonfiction .
