Liz Kislik, Director, Compliance Oversight to be Responsible for Enhanced Compliance Program for Our Management Services Organization (MSO)

June 28, 2023–Compliance will be prioritizing an enhanced compliance program for our Management Services Organization (MSO) under Liz Kislik, our Director of Compliance Oversight. Liz and her team have built a terrific foundation for core compliance oversight operations. They are well-positioned to focus on the MSO and support its the growth and diversification priorities, while continuing to improve vendor oversight practices across the organization. Estelle Masiello to Oversee Regulatory Affairs for Our Health Plans and Provider Lines of Business

June 28, 2023–Beginning July 1st, Regulatory Affairs for both our Health Plans and Provider lines of business will move under Estelle Masiello in her role as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Deputy Privacy Officer. This change leverages Estelle’s excellent leadership over external audits, regulatory advice, and risk assessments, as well as the teams’ strengths and experience working across business lines. This change also promotes our organizational goal of unifying as one VNS Health and completes a two-year internal strategic plan to move Compliance, Privacy & Regulatory Affairs operations into a single unified team structure. Priya Mendon, Director of Government Affairs

June 28, 2023–Starting on July 1st, Priya Mendon will join the Government Affairs team as Director of Government Affairs, focusing on our Health Plans and Management Services Organization (MSO) priorities. In her three years at VNS Health, Priya has developed important relationships and played a critical role in securing a number of significant government actions that have benefitted the organization. In her new role, she will continue to leverage these relationships and her deep policy and regulatory knowledge, collaborating with teams and subject matter experts throughout VNS Health. Priya will focus on high-impact regulatory issues; partner with Compliance and Legal to analyze regulatory risk and address areas of non-compliance; and advise on communications between VNS Health and government officials to ensure we speak in a clear and unified voice. Kathy Burke, Manager, Talent Acquisition

July 20, 2022–Talent Acquisition is pleased to introduce a new team member, Kathy Burke, who joined our team, Monday, July 18th, as Manager, Talent Acquisition. Kathy will be partnering with all of Human Resources, as well as key stakeholders throughout VNS Health, to help drive our field nurse recruitment initiatives forward, a critical component of our growth and evolution strategy. She will lead the build and roll-out of the new Field Nurse Recruitment Hub, which will expand our reach for Home Care RNs and LPNs. She will also oversee a newly formed team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to meet hiring targets and align new hiring objectives inside Home Care. Along with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, she will be an integral part of our People & Culture Strategy, helping to ensure we continue to compete for talent in this rapidly evolving labor market.  Kathy has over

Sam Jackson, Associate Director, Culture & Inclusion

June 16, 2022–We are happy to announce that Sam Jackson will be joining the Culture & Inclusion Team on Monday, June 20th as Associate Director, Culture & Inclusion, reporting to Andrew Wise, Vice President, Culture & Inclusion. Sam currently serves as Associate Director, Staff Intranet/Online Experience for the Communications Team. Sam will continue his work of optimizing our VNS Health enterprise digital workplace tools, ecosystems and strategy as part of our WorkNow@VNS Health initiative to empower and improve the experience and productivity of all of our team members, now in support of our People and Culture Strategy, with an increased focus on employee experience. Ann Mary Ferrie Transitions into New Role as Director of Strategy & Public Policy

May 19, 2022–Ann Mary Ferrie will be transitioning into a new role as VNS Health’s Director of Strategy & Public Policy. This role will include support for strategic growth initiatives while continuing to collaborate closely with the Government Affairs team on policy issues and thought leadership. Ann Mary joined VNS Health and our Government Affairs team in 2017. During her time here, she has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s policy interests, particularly at the federal and state levels. In her new role, Ann Mary will build on her work with both the Government Affairs and Strategy teams by leveraging her expertise in assessing policy trends and leveraging relationships within our industry to bring value to VNS Health’s strategic growth initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities for VNS Health to inform policy development, gleaning industry insights on policy implementation and development, representing/positioning VNS Health as a thought-leader, and driving new strategic expansion opportunities.

Noel Montalvo, Regional Director for Long Island and Westchester, Partners in Care

April 28, 2022–As we continue to position Partners in Care for success and growth, we are happy to announce that Noel Montalvo will transition to a new and important role as Regional Director for Long Island and Westchester. This new position is critical to our expansion of these regions and Noel expressed his interest and enthusiasm to take on this exciting role. The position aligns well with Noel’s professional goals and capitalizes on his business development and operational experience in the home care market.
