Davika Dabideen, Product Specialist, Health Plans

As of August 1, 2022, Davika Dabideen has transitioned to the role of Product Specialist with the Product team reporting to Lauren Caralyus. Davika joined VNS Health in 2013 as a Medical Management Care Coordinator, later becoming the Supervisor then Manager. Her focus will be on supporting SelectHealth’s portfolio of projects for sustainability and profitability, and she will also manage the Ending the HIV Epidemic Grant and Member & Provider Incentive programs.
Davika is a recent MBA graduate, and brings with her direct knowledge of the product through her work supporting the clinical team.
