City & State published their annual “Health Care 100” list, which spotlighted CEO and President Dan Savitt as one of New York’s most influential leaders in health care. The list identifies important public officials, health care leaders and others who are crafting solutions to the health challenges facing New Yorkers and making a difference in our communities.

Crain’s New York Business, New York Business Journal, and NY Nonprofit Media Share News of John Burke Joining VNS Health as EVP, Chief of Health Plans

Crain’s New York Business, New York Business Journal, and New York Nonprofit Media shared the news that as of February 1, John J. Burke now serves as Executive Vice President, Chief of Health Plans at VNS Health. The announcement was published in Crain’s influential “Who’s News” and in New York Business Journal’s “On the Move” section, which detail the latest job moves, appointments, and more for leaders across New York.

BronxNet TV Interviews Joheily Gonzalez on Children’s Mental Health 

Joheily Gonzalez, Program Coordinator of the Bronx Children’s Mobile Crisis Team, joined the BronxNet TV Openprogramto speak about the mental health challenges facing youth in the borough, and what resources are out there for families. Joheily focused on signs to look out for that could indicate a child may be suffering from stress and anxiety, and provided tips and advice on what parents and teachers can do if they are concerned about their child’s mental health.

Jessica Fear Discusses Models of SUD Treatment in Behavioral Health Business  

Behavioral Health Business took a close look at how the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment field is moving away from an abstinence-only approach to care.
