Kelly Harned, Vice President of Administration, Partners in Care

Kelly Harned has joined VNSNY’s Partners in Care team as Vice President of Administration. Kelly comes to VNSNY with more than 20 years of leadership, management, and operational experience and has a proven track record in the LHCSA industry. Throughout her career, Kelly has held numerous positions where she served as a key leader with a focus on strategic planning, revenue growth, business development, regulatory compliance, and team building. In her most recent role as Chief Executive Officer with Access Nursing Services, Kelly developed the business strategy, leading high-impact projects to drive revenue growth and maintain regulatory compliance across all service lines and multiple payers. Kelly joined Access Nursing as Branch Manager and was promoted up through the organization, assuming several leadership roles over time. Kelly began her career as a Program Director with Bilinguals, Inc., a national provider of pediatric therapy for special needs children.

Kelly’s diverse background and skill set add strength to our leadership team. She will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of policies and procedures; manage Value Based Payment initiatives; and oversee Private Care services, Clinical Operations, and Business Development. Kelly has her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
