VNS Health Consumer Advertising Begins May 18th

May 16, 2022

We are now VNS Health! To share the news of our rebrand with patients, members, their families and our partners, a new consumer advertising campaign introducing VNS Health to the New York community kicks off May 18th—the same day the name change is officially being announced.

The advertising focuses on the warm, compassionate and trusting relationships between our patients, members and our team members. We will highlight the uniqueness of VNS Health, our range of services and plans, and how we provide care and support in the home and community – all while showing the diversity of our team and the communities we serve. At the heart of this advertising is the message to consumers that we’re more than just a health care team – we’re their neighbors.

“We tested the messages and images used in the advertising with the very consumers who use VNS Health services – patients and members and their caregivers – and they loved it!” says Amy Margolis, Vice President, Marketing. “Consumers will see this advertising right where they live – on the TV shows they watch, and throughout their neighborhoods on billboards, the sides of buses, and even the tops of taxis.”

To share the news of our rebrand, we have developed a cost-effective and comprehensive advertising plan. The campaign will run throughout the New York metro area from now through December, and will include TV commercials (to view a sample commercial, click on the link below) and, later this year, radio spots, as well as outdoor and online advertising, poster ads, and social media placements.

The television advertising will run on morning shows and local news, cable TV and streaming channels such as TLC, ESPN and Hulu. VNS Health online ads will also be seen on websites where our patients and members go, such as AARP and WebMD. And to reach even more of the people we serve, we’ll have digital and social media posts in English, Spanish and Chinese.

“This is a new day for VNS Health,” notes Catherine Callaway, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Development. “The purpose of this advertising is to make New Yorkers aware of our name change and all that we offer to them and to their families, so they’ll consider VNS Health for their health care needs. Once they consider our services, our Business Development, Intake, and Health Plan teams will then work with consumers, referrers and providers to help them connect with and use those services. More and more people using VNS Health services is good for New Yorkers, and good for our organization.”
