Please Welcome Tracy Dodd, VNSNY’s New Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer

I’m excited to announce that Tracy Dodd is joining VNSNY as our new Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer (CPO), starting August 23rd. As the leader of our Human Resources Department, Tracy will lead development of VNSNY’s people strategy and will partner with our senior leadership to execute on that strategy.  In addition, Tracy will drive key HR best practices and initiatives across VNSNY, including talent acquisition, development, learning and career growth, total rewards, organizational design, engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and the many services and programs that attract, retain and recognize staff at VNSNY.

Tracy comes to VNSNY with 30 years of diverse experience as a global HR leader. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Talent at Tiffany & Company, where she was responsible for developing and executing Tiffany’s global talent strategy. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management at Mastercard, following lengthy tenures first at JPMorgan Chase and then as VP for Talent Development at the multinational software company CA Technologies. In addition to a BA from Hofstra and a Master of Arts degree from Columbia, Tracy holds numerous professional certifications. She is also a mentor at The Lower Eastside Girls Club of New York. Tracy, her husband and two children live in Katonah, New York.

In her CPO role, a new position for VNSNY, Tracy’s direct reports will include Marian Haas, our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.  Marian has been an essential member of our HR team for more than 30 years, and she will continue to provide her invaluable focus and energy as we build out our ability to achieve our Enterprise Level 1 Objective — to become the region’s employer of choice in every part of our organization.
