The 2018 VNSNY calendar celebrates the theme of enduring and thriving over time. It features over a dozen unforgettable photographs of famous sites throughout New York City that already existed in 1893, when Lillian Wald launched her fledging organization, and that remain deeply woven into the fabric of the city today. Not only were these iconic landmarks a vital part of New York City’s daily life in 1893—but 125 years later, like VNSNY, they’re still standing strong …and will remain standing strong for at least another 125 years.
