“The Lean Six Sigma program really challenged me in a huge way to stretch beyond my comfort zone. It introduced me to a very rigorous, systematic, data-driven approach to process improvement, an approach that doesn’t come easily to me,” says Jeri Goodman, Associate Director for Social Work, Clinical Operations Support. “Learning together with my wonderful team and being able to apply what we were learning in real time to analyze and address real problems, made all the difference. I’ve gained a new perspective on my work, lots of new tools, and a shared language for collaboration with other Lean Six Sigma green belts throughout the organization.”
