Join us for a workshop open to members of all Employee Resource Groups, “Daily Drive: Simple Tips to Stay Motivated!” This virtual event will take place on Friday, February 28 at 12:00 p.m.

About the workshop: 

We all know that the start of a new year is a great opportunity to set personal and professional goals, and often the best of intentions can quickly fall off a few weeks into the year when life gets busy. Perhaps this is the year you want to learn a new skill at work, brush up on a language, deepen your connection to community, learn about new technology – sky is the limit! Achieving these goals can be tough, especially on days when motivation is hard to find. Let 2025 be the year you meet all your goals!  Join the ERG community at this workshop so that you can:

  • identify your motivational style,
  • be in community,
  • gain practical strategies to stay driven, maintain focus and momentum, and
  • stay on track to achieve your goals. 

This event is open to members of all Employee Resource Groups and is hosted by University of Phoenix.

As we settle into the new year, it’s a good time to refocus on your health and well-being. We want to help you start 2025 strong with the return of our virtual fitness classes.
