May 2022 CHOICE Commendations
Our VNSNY colleagues have demonstrated time and time again the ability to rise to the occasion and deliver an exceptional consumer experience. Here are excerpts from some of the numerous compliments we recently received thanking VNSNY CHOICE team members for a job well done.
I Never Had Such a Positive Experience
“I just want to say that I spoke with two different Contact Center Agents—Gail Herrera-Coles and Tyisha Austin—and they were both wonderful!” said a CHOICE member. “I never had such a positive customer experience. I am very, very happy I joined VNSNY CHOICE!” The daughter of another CHOICE member called to thank Gail for being “kind, clear, and professional” over the phone, taking the time to explain the difference in available services and how they each worked.
Attentive and Caring
The care coordinator for a CHOICE MLTC member phoned to commend Contact Center Agent Jasmin Harry for “her professionalism, caring, and for going above and beyond to assist with an ongoing issue.” Another CHOICE member also called to praise Jasmin for being attentive, caring, and kind to her over the phone. “I am 85 years old and have dealt with different companies. I know the difference in good customer service!” said the client.
Kind and Professional
The representative of a CHOICE member called to thank Contact Center Agent Eblond Achile for helping resolve a request for the member’s Hoyer lift. “After speaking with Eblond today, I now have a better understanding of what is needed and will be taking place moving forward,” said the representative. In addition, the daughter of a CHOICE member complimented Eblond for being “extremely kind and professional” and for going above and beyond in resolving a service issue.
So Happy, I Had to Call!!
A member called to thank the entire CHOICE team for sending a free thermometer to her home. “I was so happy, I had to call!” said the member.
Contact Center Agent Ethan Wellington received kudos from a CHOICE member who was “extremely satisfied” with the level of care he provided over the phone.
Going Above and Beyond
Contact Center Agent Josephine Cintron was commended for “going above and beyond” in assisting a CHOICE member during a time of distress.
Pleased With the Level of Care
Another CHOICE member phoned in to praise Contact Center Agent Opal Lesmond, stating that she was “extremely pleased” with the level of care Opal provided.
Lifted Her Spirits
Contact Center Agent Stanley Maldonado received kudos from an elderly CHOICE patient, who stated that while she is currently in the last stages of her life, Stanley was able to “make her laugh and lift her spirits” as soon as he got on the call.
The representative of a CHOICE member called to express her “immense gratitude” towards Contact Center Agent David Bhola Jr. for his assistance with a supply request.
