Florianne Mereigh, Hospice and Palliative Care Promotion

Florianne Mereigh has been promoted from Hospice Clinical Supervisor to Hospice Team Manager for the HXN team. Florianne joined VNS Health Hospice and Palliative care in August 2020 as a Clinical Supervisor for the Bronx team. During this time, Florianne supported the interdisciplinary team by responding to patient/caregiver calls, supporting families in accordance with patients plan of care, and providing ongoing collaboration with HTM and HTP, along with many other important roles and responsibilities.

In her new role, Florianne will provide leadership oversight to the Bronx North team, working closely with IDG team members. Florianne has a strong work ethic, and is conscientious and passionate about what she does.

Florianne has a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management, and a PhD in Education. Congratulations to Florianne on her new role!
