Did I hear more storage at our 220 workstations? Yes, you did!
We Heard you Loud and Clear!
In the past few months, we have received feedback about the need for more workstation storage. We are pleased to announce that senior leadership has responded by doubling the storage space. Each workstation will now have two pedestals, which will provide ample space for your personal belongings, as well as office-related items and files. Both pedestals will be mobile and one of them will have a cushion top for those occasions when you have a colleague join you for a quick conversation at your desk.
Move Dates Announced
We are excited to inform you of our official move dates that will occur during the months of September and October.
September 14th
September 28th
October 12th
October 26th
The moves will take place in four phases, over the weekend, to allow for the least possible disruptions to operations. Stay tuned for more communications as to who will move when!
Orange You Glad They’re Coming Back!?
Back by popular demand, the orange recycle bins will be placed throughout the floors starting the week of August 6th. In anticipation of an aggressive clean-up campaign in the weeks leading up to the move, they will be swapped out regularly until the end of October. Please remember to follow all guidelines when disposing papers into the orange bins, and please remember to utilize the secure shredding bins, as appropriate.
We appreciate your continued efforts in reducing what will be moved over to 220. Remember…the more you remove, the less we move!!
Thank You for Attending the 220 Move Fair
The Move Fair that took place this past Monday and Tuesday was well attended and a great success. Everyone had the opportunity to test drive the “winning chair” and check out the new workstation, as well as view the latest floor plans. New York Sports Club and Grand Central Partnership were present to talk about amenities that will be available to us at 220.
