It’s Official! November 1st Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Marks the Completion of VNSNY’s Move to 220 East 42nd Street
November 4, 2018–On November 1st, following a group count-down, President and CEO Marki Flannery and Board Chair John Rafferty officially cut the ribbon on VNSNY’s new 220 East 42nd Street office. The organization’s move into the new space had been completed just three days earlier, when the last wave of Manhattan staff members from Partners in Care made the transition from 1250 Broadway. “This very same building was once the home of the Daily Planet newspaper in the Superman movies,” said Marki, as she addressed the group of employees and outside consultants who had gathered for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. “I think that’s very appropriate, because our move into this location would not have been possible without the amazing efforts of our own group of Supermen and Superwomen!” Marki went on to thank the many individuals and departments who contributed to the remarkably seamless process, concluding with special thanks to the hundreds of staff members

October 17, 2018–Once you have moved into 220, please permanently change your Outlook email signature to the new address by following the below steps: 1) When you’re in Outlook, go to “File” – it’s in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. 2) Click on “Options” 3) Click on “Mail” 4) Click on “Signatures” 5) Then place your curser over the 1250 Broadway address and type in the new 220 East 42nd Street address. September 27, 2018–Here’s how you can gain access to PassagePoint, the 220 East 42ndStreet visitor management system, so that you can register any visitors you have to our new location (you do not need to do this for VNSNY employees, who will have access to the building lobby turnstiles). Here are the steps to register yourself: Click the following link to access the site: https://www.slg220.com To login, use your VNSNY email address as the “login name” and 12345 as the “password. Once logged-in, you can change your password. Once you are in the site, please follow the steps to register a visitor. How Much Do We Love Our New Offices? Enough to Make Us Dance!
September 20, 2018–This past Monday, September 17, VNSNY staff members from the CHHA, Clinical Operations Support, Weekend Operations, Customer Care, the Nurse-Family Partnership, Quality Care Management, Central Intake, CMHS, Population Health, Education, and UM and Assessment made the move from 1250 Broadway to the fifth and sixth floors of our new office space at 220 East 42nd Street. September 5, 2018–After months of preparation and anticipation, it’s finally time to move to our new offices at 220 East 42nd Street. Over the next two months, different VNSNY departments will be relocating over four move phases. Did I hear more storage at our 220 workstations? Yes, you did!
July 25, 2018–We Heard you Loud and Clear! In the past few months, we have received feedback about the need for more workstation storage. We are pleased to announce that senior leadership has responded by doubling the storage space. Each workstation will now have two pedestals, which will provide ample space for your personal belongings, as well as office-related items and files. Both pedestals will be mobile and one of them will have a cushion top for those occasions when you have a colleague join you for a quick conversation at your desk. Move Dates Announced We are excited to inform you of our official move dates that will occur during the months of September and October.
