Read About Our Clean-up Campaign Kick-off!
Dear Colleague,
We’re getting things started for our upcoming relocation to 220 East 42ndStreet with a company-wide Clean-up Campaign Kick-off. Beginning the week of February 26th, orange bins will be located throughout the floors, alongside the grey shredding bins that have already been in use. Please see below for guidelines as to what is permitted to go into each bin.

Also during this time, there will be bookcases staged for donating and repurposing personal books, located in the lunchrooms on the 3rd, 9th, and 17th floors. Please place your unwanted books in the bookcases at any time to share some terrific reads with other VNSNY staff members!
Your individual and team efforts in the Clean-up Campaign are greatly appreciated and will make a big difference in making the relocation process go smoothly.
Please note that VNSNY will be implementing and rolling-out a records retention policy which you will learn more about through FAQs and training that will take place in mid-March through April.
