Attend “Understanding Dementia: What You Need to Know and Where to Go,” Brought to You by the Social Services Community of Professionals (SSCoP)

All VNS Health team members are invited to join us for the next Social Services Community of Professionals (SSCoP) Community Connections Series about “Understanding Dementia: What You Need to Know and Where to Go.”
This Zoom presentation will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The speaker for the presentation will be Adina Segal, LCSW. Adina is the Senior Navigator and Community Builder at CaringKind – The Heart of Alzheimer’s Caregiving.

Join the New “Strength & Toning” Zoom Fitness Class on Wednesdays, from 6:00 – 6:45 p.m.

The Health & Wellbeing Team is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new virtual fitness class, Strength & Toning.
As the fall season sets in and activities begin to transition indoors, It’s the perfect opportunity to stay active, energized, and healthy.
Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve your endurance, or simply stay fit, this class is perfect for all fitness levels.
