Congratulations to Wayne Nemath on his recent promotion to Vice President of Benefits.
Wayne started with VNS Health in March 2023. He joined us with 30 years of benefits experience in a multitude of industries, including health care. Over the past year, Wayne has successfully led the team through change while enhancing the future of our benefit offerings.
In addition to his initial leadership focus on all of our benefit programs, leave of absences, retirement, pension programs, and more – Wayne’s scope has broadened to include workers’ compensation and health services.
Wayne leads with his heart – a quality that will serve him well as he and the team continue to transform our benefits’ offerings.
Congratulations, Wayne!
