Kimberly Colorito Promoted to Director, Compliance and External Audit.

We are pleased to share that Kimberly Colorito has been promoted to Director, Compliance and External Audit for VNS Health’s provider lines of business.
Kimberly brings nearly 30 years of dedicated service to VNS Health, with a career that reflects a deep and unique understanding of our organization and the care we provide. Her experience spans serving as a home care physical therapist, contributing as a member of the Quality department, and most recently, providing leadership on the provider-side Compliance team. This breadth of experience gives Kimberly a well-rounded perspective on clinical practice, quality, and regulatory compliance across our provider businesses.
Throughout her tenure, Kimberly has demonstrated exceptional expertise in health care compliance training, audit management, and regulatory oversight. She is widely respected for her ability to lead complex audit responses, strengthen documentation and billing compliance, and to serve as a trusted resource for clinical, operational, and compliance partners across VNS Health.
In her new role, Kimberly will continue to direct provider-side compliance operations and external audit responses, provide strategic guidance compliance risks, and support VNS Health’s ongoing commitment to integrity, compliance, and excellence in care delivery.
