Tien Sou, Membership Operations Promotion

It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Tien Sou to Supervisor, Membership Operations!

Tien has been working with VNS Health Health Plans for six years. Tien began his career at VNS Health as a Member Service Representative in the Contact Center and then transitioned to MEU as a Medicaid Recertification Coordinator. He was later promoted to Senior Medicaid Recertification Coordinator.   

Tien has a wealth of experience and knowledge of our processes, procedures, Medicaid guidelines, and systems that enables him to be well prepared for his new role. And his growth and leadership skills over the years as a Senior Medicaid Recertification Coordinator will ensure that he will be successful as Supervisor of our Medicaid Recertification Team.
