VNS Health Launches New Leadership Program for Directors and VPs
April 1, 2025–VNS Health has launched a new leadership program, Leadership Unlocked, for high-potential Directors and Vice Presidents. The program’s first cohort kicked off on March 12th. Participants will experience a dynamic program designed to deepen their leadership capabilities through interactive learning experiences, coaching, assessments, field visits, and networking opportunities. The first cohort will conclude in mid-June, and a second cohort will get underway in the fall. Additional cohorts will be offered in 2026.

January 13, 2025–The 2024 Strength from Within employee giving campaign saw its most successful year ever with 358 VNS Health team members combining to raise $153,000 for our charitable care and community impact programs! 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to the Charitable Care and Community Impact programs that support underserved New Yorkers: Special thanks also go to our team members who served as Mission Champions, informing and engaging colleagues in their departments on how Strength from Within supports VNS Health’s charitable mission and encouraging their participation in the campaign. CCSS Holds Team Summit
December 20, 2024–The Contact Center Shared Services (CCSS) held an CCSS Team Summit on November 8th for those team members who work remotely to come together to interact with their supervisors and peers in person. At the summit, team members heard about future plans, did some role-playing to improve their skills, and recognized the contributions of the team in a fun, interactive way. December 9, 2024–On November 14th, VNS Health hosts our 2024 Benefit Dinner, “Building Healthy Communities,” at The Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City, raising $1.15 million to support our Charitable Care and Community Impact programs. At the event, Ann Baiada, founder of BAYADAbility Rehab Solutions, and her husband Mark Baiada, founder and chairman of BAYADA Home Health Care, are honored with the prestigious Lillian D.
