Strength from Within Update: Today is #GivingTuesday!

Today is Giving Tuesday. Created in 2012 as a day to encourage people to do good, the day now inspires hundreds of millions of people across the globe to give to charitable causes.  

That includes right here at VNS Health. Our Strength from Within Employee Giving Campaign is now in full swing. Since its launch in October, the campaign has raised more than $100,000 to help address health disparities throughout New York neighborhoods through our charitable care and community benefit programs.

Matching $45,000 Gift

This year, VNS Health’s Executive Leadership Team has pledged to match $45,000 in donations. Thank you to each member of the Executive Leadership Team for demonstrating their commitment to VNS Health’s charitable care and community benefit programs.

Win a Raffle Prize

The campaign runs from now through the end of the year, but donating early means you have the most chances to win one of the weekly raffle prizes! This year, there’s a wide range of prizes you could win, including:

• Cooking classes at Hudson Table or Pizza School
• Brand new electronics, like Beats headphones, a Fitbit, or a mini projector
• Tickets to a night on the town with prizes from Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York Red Bulls, or New York Islanders
