Monica Cayemitte, Home Care Promotion

Please join us in congratulating Monica Cayemitte, who as of September 24th, became the new Branch Director for Home Care’s Westchester Region!

Monica started her career at VNS Health in 2018 as a Clinical Field Manager in the Queens region. The next year, she also assumed a management role for the MNP and Behavioral Health specialty programs in the Queens region. In 2020, she became the Clinical Manager for the Nurse Residency Program and CHHA infusion, and, later, began collaborating with the Clinical Education department on improving the onboarding process for all new CHHA clinicians. Under the mentorship of Regional Vice President, Yvonne Eaddy, she developed the nurse preceptor team that is now responsible for clinical field support of new and incumbent CHHA nurses. She has also worked with the Clinical Development Center on the development of clinical experiences for nursing students and interns.

While working for VNS Health, Monica has become a Certified Case Manager, Certified in Oasis-C, and participated in the ACE Leadership program. In 2021, she also participated is Six Sigma training and earned her green belt.
