Kildia Martinez, Provider Relations Promotion

We are excited to announce the promotion of Kildia Martinez from Account Manager to Manager, Provider Relations. Kildia started her VNS Health career 18 years ago as a nurse Escort Translator. She has since held various roles within Home Care and Health Plan Membership Eligibility Unit (MEU) before joining the Provider Relations team.

Kildia has proven herself to be leader and has a wealth of knowledge about the MLTC product and providers. She has used her agility, determination, and innovation to develop measurement techniques, train staff, and improve provider satisfaction. 

Kildia will oversee the MLTC Provider Relations Account Managers and daily operations of the Provider Relations Team.
