Kettely Bastien, Membership Operations Promotion

As part of the ongoing transformation of Membership Operations (MEU) and the MSO expansion, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Kettely Bastien to Manager, Medicaid Operations. 

Kettely brings a wealth of knowledge and is a subject matter expert on Medicaid eligibility having worked at the Human Resources Administration (HRA) office for 10 years prior to joining VNS Health. Over the past 12 years, Kettely has held multiple positions within MEU (Membership Eligibility Unit) and has demonstrated her commitment to maximizing our premium revenue collection with her tireless efforts and follow-ups with the HRA/DSS offices to reinstate Medicaid coverages for our members who have lost their Medicaid and/or need to be relinked to our plans. Kettely has a high rate of success at maintaining the Medicaid eligibility of our members for our MAP and MLTC plans. 

Kettely, will lead the development and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medicaid Recertification team.
