Fight the Flu, Get Your Flu Shot!

Flu season is here, and getting your flu shot is one of the best ways to protect yourself and the people you care for. Many of our patients are at higher risk for serious illness. All patient-facing staff need to get the flu shot or sign a declination form by December 1. If you’re not vaccinated once flu is declared prevalent in New York State, you’ll need to wear a mask around patients. It’s easy to get your shot, through your doctor, urgent care, or pharmacy.
 
All patient-facing team members need to be vaccinated or sign a declination form by Monday, December 1.
