Erikat Piguave, HR Generalist

Please welcome Erikat Piguave who joined VNS Health on March 13th as an HR Generalist. Erikat comes to VNS Health with 7+ years of Human Resources experience.  Erikat was previously an HR Manager at Independence Care System where she supported approximately 130 team members ranging from Senior to Mid-level Management, RNs, Care Navigators, and Administrative Support staff. In 2019, Erikat supported a member merger with Independence Care System and VNS Health where she spearheaded efforts to place Independence Care System employees at VNS Health. Erikat’s experience at Independence Care System has allowed her to expand her skills in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, conflict resolution, and coaching managers.

Erikat received her BA in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from CUNY John Jay College. Outside of work, Erikat enjoys spending time with her one-year-old daughter, setting up play dates, going out to eat, and exploring New York and its outskirts through the eyes of her toddler.

Erikat is excited to join VNS Health as an HR Generalist supporting Provider Services with a focus on Home Care. Erikat looks forward to her continued growth in Human Resources as well as the ability to support her colleagues.
