Desiree Heath-Coates, MEU Promotion

We are excited to announce the promotion of Desiree Heath-Coates from Senior Enrollment Coordinator to Supervisor of Membership Operations. Desiree has been with VNS Health for over 20 years, and, during that time, has held various roles and has contributed greatly to her team and the overall operations of MEU.

Desiree has developed a wealth of knowledge on the pre-enrollment process and consumer eligibility for our managed long term care plans over the years and has proven herself to be a leader and great resource for our department and team. Desiree works very closely with our Maximus liaisons to ensure potential member enrollments into our health plans are submitted and processed by Maximus in a timely manner, in addition to working to resolving any barriers that may prevent potential member enrollment.

Desiree will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Enrollment Coordinator Administrative Team.
