Alfred Jackson, Membership Operations Promotion

We are excited to announce the promotion of Alfred Jackson to Senior Medicaid Recertification Coordinator.

Alfred has been with our Membership Eligibility Unit for the past eight years and has contributed greatly through his role as a Medicaid Recertification Coordinator.

Alfred has a wealth of experience and knowledge of our plans and applicable systems, and has consistently exceeded the expectations of our members. We know that he will continue to represent VNS Health and excel in his new role as our Senior Medicaid Recertification Coordinator.
