As an important next step in VNSNY’s strategic planning process, dozens of staff members from across the organization came together over the past few weeks in a series of strategy workshops, generating hundreds of ideas. This four-minute video brings you inside these workshops, offering a look at how staff input is impacting our strategy. As David Rosales notes in the video, “The focus of our work going forward will be identify opportunities, to redesign our processes, and really invest in the tools and technologies that will really allow our staff to spend more time on what they’re passionate about.”
