There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make!

How to submit a referral:

Are you a VNS Health employee that uses Workday? You can submit employee referrals using Refer a Candidate form in Workday.

Are you a VNS Health Employee (non-HHA) who would like to refer a Home Health aide? You can submit a referral by submitting the Certified HHA Referral Bonus Request Form.

Are you a VNS Health Personal Care Home Health Aide or other team member not using Workday who would like to refer a Nurse, Social Worker, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist? You can submit an employee referral by sending an email to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your employee ID number in your email.

Are you a VNS Health Personal Care Home Health Aide who would like to refer someone you know to be a Home Health Aide? Go to the HHA Resource Center for information on how to submit a referral using VNS Health Rewards.
